Anker Schiffahrt will again primarily handle pulp for UPM-Kymmene at the Emskai for several years and deliver it to national and international customers and the UPM Nordland Papier GmbH mill in Dörpen as required. Anker Schiffahrt acts as shipbroker for all pulp imports, as well as stevedore on board and stevedore. In addition, the company partly arranges on-carriage by barge, rail and truck as well as container stuffing.
By signing the contract, the two companies are continuing their cooperation, which has existed since 1983.
