Our General Terms and Conditions for communication with us via email
The dispatch and the reception of emails are used for the acceleration of communication and the preparation of transactions and/or support of customer relationships. On the way from sender to receiver emails can be read by other parties, falsified and delivered late. Furthermore it cannot be guaranteed, due to possible absences, that emails are sent directly to one of our employees or that they will be read in real time. For these reasons contracts and declarations of intent by email cannot be concluded effectively or presented to our company. These declarations only become effective after receipt of hard copy confirmation.
Any liabilities of our company for claims which result from communication by email are not possible, in so far as the liability exclusion is permissible by law. If you are not the intended recipient, you are hereby notified that any dissemination, distribution or copying of emails from us and any attachment(s) is strictly prohibited. If you have received emails from us by error, please immediately notify the sender by replying to the respective email and deleting the message including any attachment(s) from your system. By starting communication with our house by email you accept these conditions.
